Bible Thought Blessings – Romans 8:38-39

This week in particular our hearts and minds focus on giving thanks.  Please consider these two verses as a focus for a grateful heart toward God.

Blessings of God’s love this week.  Prayer requests?

Romans 8:38-39, “For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

The Apostle Paul wrote these words to encourage the believers in Rome and they serve to strengthen us today.  Consider the words Paul used to define the extent of God’s love.

Death – Everlasting describes God’s love.  There are no time barriers.

Life – God daily delivers His love.

Angels/principalities – In the spiritual realm nothing drains His love.

Present – Today nothing defeats His love.

Things to come – No future event destroys His Love.

Power – No political or military force dilutes His love.

Height, depth – Nothing in the physical world devours His love.

No created thing – Nothing man-made dashes His love.

NO THING divides you from His Perfect Love found only in the Lord Jesus Christ.  Will you choose it today?
