Last Day? Mayans have it Right?

Is today the last day as we know it according to Mayan lore?  If you’re reading this, guess not.  So, instead of focusing on what we cannot control, focus on something productive.

Most of the Apostle Paul’s letters in the New Testament start with “grace and peace to you.”  I like how he begins his letter to the Ephesian church.

“Grace and peace to you from God our Father and The Lord Jesus Christ who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ.”  Ephesians 1:2-3

Put your mind on a higher plane and begin to consider the blessings in your life.

What people in your past have been a blessing?  Thank God for them.  Currently, who blesses you by their presence or influence?  Send a prayer of thanks God’s way and thank them in person.

What experiences bless you?  Reflect and repeat if possible.

Do things bring you blessing?

Finally, how can you be a blessing to others?
